Hotels4Business.com is a product of ARKTUR Ltd (hereafter called Hotels4Business.com) registered in Ukraine - License ÒΠÀÐÊÒÓЂ terms & License ¹ À 467590 dated 14.02.2006. It offers online reservation services to the customer on condition that the customer will read and agree with the present agreement as any reservations made through our web site are equated with electronic agreement between you and Hotels4Business.com. If you accepted our conditions but you are not going to follow them your reservation can not be considered as a completed one and ARKTUR Ltd reserves the right to cancel your reservation. Hotels4Business.com does not take any responsibility if the users misunderstand the rules and principles of the functioning of the system.
Payment:
All services are to be paid directly at the Hotel.
Credit card is required at the moment of booking as guarantee of your arrival.
ALL reservations are to be guaranteed and are considered as a completed when valid credit card is provided. Yu can guarantee the reservation by the following credit card: Visa, MasterCard or Amex.
Hotels4Business.com (ÒÎÂ ÀÐÊÒÓÐ) is authorized to charge the credit card that you provided only in case of No Show or if you cancel your reservation outside cancelation policy (later than 4 PM 2 day prior to arrival date. In such cases penalty in amount of 100% of the first night is applied, if other cancellation policy at the Hotel you choose is not applied. Fee will be charged by ÒÎÂ ÀÐÊÒÓÐ (Kiev, Ukraine in national currency of Ukraine - grivnas (UAH).
You should be a cardholder of the credit card that you use it complete the reservation.
If the credit card you provided as a guarantee is not valid ARKTUR Ltd reserves the right to cancel your reservation. And all the previous notifications about your reservation and your printed confirmation have no force for reason of non-compliance of the current Terms and Conditions.
Credit Card Security:
On the advice of our credit card authorization company, we are occasionally required to request a signed credit card authorization form and a photo copy of your passport for identification purposes. This measure is in place for your own security and protection against fraudulent use of credit cards.
Hotels4Business.com concerns very seriously about the preservation of confidentiality and protection of the information. In accordance with European personal data protection laws we apply strict security procedures to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorized access. Hotels4Business.com does not pass your data to the third party without your permission.
Amendments, Cancellation and fees:
To avoid misunderstandings, changes and cancellations should always be made through Hotels4Business.com reservation system
All amendments and cancellations must be notified to Hotels4Business.com in writing and acknowledged by us to the customer.
The timeliness of changes and cancellations is determined primarily by the time at which our web site or the relevant hotel is notified. Cancellation is only possible via Hotels4Business.com using the «Booking Amendment» button on our Web site itself or by sending e-mail to reservations@hotels4business.com.
Cancellation policy for individuals is the following, per each room:
- If you cancel your reservation by 4 PM 2 days prior to arrival date no penalty is applied.
- All individual cancellations made by 4 PM 2 days prior to arrival date are considered to be timeliness.
- If you cancel your reservation later than 4 PM 2 days prior to arrival date penalty in amount of 100% of the first night is applied.
- If you do not show up at the Hotel penalty in amount of 100% of the first night is applied if other cancellation policy at the Hotel you choose is not applied. This Fee will be debited from credit card you provided to guarantee your arrival.
Check-in time is 2 PM (local time)
Cancellation fees for group requests will be advised upon confirmation.
All amendments are subject to availability.
Booking Deadlines or Lead time:
Hotels4Business.com is able to accept online bookings up to 2 working days of check in except on Saturday and Sunday, when we can only accept reservations for the following Tuesday and beyond. To make a reservation for the next two days you are welcome to our Customer Support Centre by phone +38 093 362 58 99 or +38 093 326 68 06.
Minimum stay
Certain rates are valid only for 'minimum stay' period as indicated. If you booked at special rate valid for a certain quantity of days but stayed at the hotel fewer nights the hotel reserves the right to charge you at the rate appropriate for the duration you actually stayed in fact.
Additional Hotel Charges:
You must make payment for all services (e.g. accommodation, meals, phone call charges, laundry and mini-bar) directly to the hotel prior to check out.
Errors:
Hotels4Business.com cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of incorrect dates or data input by the client. It is your responsibility to supply the correct dates and information for all services requested.
Complaints:
If you have a genuine complaint concerning your accommodation and cannot resolve it with the hotel directly, you must report it to HOTELS4BUSINESS.com immediately using the emergency number on your booking summary. We will attempt to resolve the matter or seek an alternative for you locally if appropriate. Upgrades will incur additional cost to you. Complaints concerning accommodation cannot be dealt with after the event if you fail to report it at the time.
Consent:
By consenting to our terms of booking on Hotels4Business.com you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Force Majeure:
Hotels4Business.com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. Without limit to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such circumstances: acts of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority), fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the hotel, or strikes.
Changes to your reservation through the fault of Hotels4Business.com:
If we cause any change to your travel arrangements within 7 days of arrival and after confirming a requested service, we undertake to offer a similar or superior standard of accommodation.
Contact details provided by the client:
If you fail to provide your correct email address and telephone number with country code, we cannot be held responsible for your failure to receive documents and messages concerning the status of your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel reservations when we are unable to contact you if necessary.
